Beneficios tributarios
- En el Año 2023 todos los usuarios tributan el 20% de impuesto de renta
- A partir del 1 de enero de 2023 se deben fijar planes de internacionalización y anuales de ventas. (PIAV)
A partir del año 2024:
- Impuesto de renta del 20% a las exportaciones al resto del mundo, y 35% a las ventas al TAN, siempre y cuando cumplan con un plan de internacionalización y anual de ventas.
- Impuesto de renta 35% aquel que no cumpla o no tenga el PIAV.
- Exención de IVA y Arancel de las mercancías que ingresan a Zona Franca.
- Exención de impuesto de ICA por 10 años. Contraprestación / requisito: contratar el 30% de los empleados del municipio de Galapa.
